About your environment
Cancer Council Victoria has been leading efforts against cancer since 1936 through world leading research, prevention, support and advocacy programs. The Enabling Services Division provides shared business services to Cancer Council. The Income Processing Program within Reporting and Analysis provides fundraising administration services and other whole organisation services as required.
About your opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised Administration Officer to join our Income Processing team where your role is to:
Ensure all supporters’ income, registrations and updates are processed and recorded in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
Provide a professional service to all internal and external customers by responding promptly to all enquiries via email, telephone, etc.
Investigate and resolve any processing issues. Provide ongoing maintenance and improvements to the database and relevant procedures to ensure optimum effectiveness
All about you
We are looking for someone with:
A Certificate in Business/Office Administration or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication, numeracy and data entry skills.
High level accuracy and attention to detail as well as proven skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work autonomously
What we can offer you
This full-time fixed-term position for 12 months provides a salary within range $42,400 – $46,700 pa plus superannuation, annual leave loading and the benefits of not-for-profit salary packaging and a meal entertainment card.
