A growing and successful global travel & concierge company are looking for a permanent learning & development executive. With offices across the world and more than 350 employees, this business is going from strength to strength and now looking for a dedicated and experienced trainer to be part of this building business.
The role would initially involve learning and delivering the company induction to new starters as well as designing training that can be delivered remotely to other offices in the APAC region.


Your duties will be but not limited to:

  • Deliver company induction to new starters
  • Put together training modules for current consultants
  • Sit with individual consultants, call monitoring & provide feedback and help each consultant improve their sales ability further
  • Work closely with the other Learning and Development Executives within the company
  • Generate a sales process plan and ensure all consultants and team leaders are across the board with the requirements
  • Teach and educate consultants on creating urgency & working towards company set KPIâs * Assist in improving the current conversion rate
  • Customer service training and coaching – especially in a phone and IT based organisation * Project management


  • Staff training experience in a call centre type environment within the travel industry
  • Sales knowledge & ability to understand the general sales processes. ⢠Experience in creating training modules
  • Experience in call monitoring and providing feedback by liaising with the consultants directly * Travel industry knowledge
  • GDS knowledge (not essential but helpful)
  • Leadership training
  • Train the trainer
  • E-learning
  • Appropriate qualifications/certificates in Training.


This role will ideally suit someone who enjoys problem solving and implementing new and innovative training solutions and a salary package of $70k + super plus bonus is on offer!
