The Company:

A leading, highly successful and innovative Australian organization, who work with cutting-edge mid-tier ERP solutions are currently seeking a highly accomplished mid-market ERP Implementation Consultant to join their ever busy Sydney team.

Due to demanding projects, our client is looking for an immediate start however they understand notice periods are in place.

The Role:

ERP Implementation Consultant – Permanent – Up to 90K base + super + incentive bonus (paid monthly)


You will play a key role in the consulting group of the business, working with a variety of customers implementing software, advising and consulting with leading mid-market ERP systems.

In addition to being responsible for the: (not limited to)

End-to-End ERP systems consulting including:

  • Effective business requirements gathering
  • Systems configuration
  • Systems testing
  • Installation
  • Develop and maintain communications plan
  • Delivering high level project outcomes and excellence to customers * Working on multiple and concurrent implementation, and upgrade projects * Contributing to the evolution of products, and solutions

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

  • Tier 2/3 ERP software experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Pronto, MYOB Exo, Epicor, Sage, or similar systems experience will be viewed favorably. SAP or Oracle experience will not be considered.
  • 8+ years ERP (end to end) implementation consulting experience (Mid-tier ERP software)
  • Extensive mid-market ERP systems knowledge and proven consulting background * Proven accounting qualifications and or experience
  • Systems configuration and design
  • Excellent business process skills
  • High level business analysis
  • High level Microsoft SQL skills is an essential requirement
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working within the Australian market (minimum 4+ years). * Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to independently prioritise and complete tasks to schedule
  • Must be an Australian citizen – Australian permanent resident as a minimum requirement

You must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders across numerous SME customers. You will be resourceful, proactively solve problems and present a confident positive attitude.
