We are looking for a Call Centre Analytics Specialist for one of our industry leading clients based in Sydney CBD.

This highly skilled team build algorithms, populate data and run dashboards for call centre consultants based in offices across Australia. The team consists of analytics professionals and there is a current need for an additional call centre specialsist resource to focus on building models that give insights to call centre consultants on how they can improve their own conversion ratios and performance.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced data modeller with strong technical and business facing skills. You will be experienced operating in corporate environments and liaising on a regular basis with senior stakeholders who require a high standard of work. In addition, we require exceptional hands on skills with SQL and opensource tools.


  • Building Data Models
  • Desirable to have a Call Centre Analytics background in Telco, Retail, Banking or Insurance * Strong SQL skills
  • Advantageous to have worked with R, SAS or Python
  • Advantageous to have used Tableau for Data Visualisation * Strong written and verbal communication skills
