Our client is a specialist in fleet and salary packaging services across Australia, working in partnership with their clients to seamlessly integrate payroll systems, processes and pay cycles, ensuring no additional administration overhead in providing this valuable benefit to their clients.

The Role:

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join their inner-city Brisbane office (approx. 20 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, ideal for school hours.

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing employee records in the system, processing weekly contractor payroll, responding to inbound enquiries and liaising with the companyâs client base (by phone and in person) to ensure the efficient on-boarding of new clients.

Experienced Required:

  • At least 3 yearsâ experience in a comparable payroll or finance administration position in Australia;
  • Responding to payroll queries with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Possess strong organisational skills and an ability to effectively time manage;
  • Self-motivated and able to work within a team as well as autonomously as required;
  • Strong Customer Service attitude;
  • Experience in fleet management or salary packaging payroll will be highly regarded.
