You will be joining a friendly, stable team of professionals and taking on the role of Front of House Receptionist/Administrator.

The Role:

Joining our dynamic team you will be responsible for the office reception of our large busy team as well as day to day administration for your team of Sales Representatives and Property Managers. You will be the face of our office and your day to day duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
  • Meet and greet clients, customers and walk ins
  • Day to day administration including checking emails/ directing incoming/outgoing mail and filing * Sales administration
  • Assist with property marketing and create property listing files * Ensure office and Kitchen areas are tidy and stocked at all times * Adhoc duties as required

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role in real estate * Corporate presentation
  • Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new programs
  • Articulate communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sense of humour and a passion for PEOPLE.
  • Above all a customer service focus!
