    Being able to solve problems and conflicts is essential but at the same time being a strong leader and setting a high standard of work ethic for your team to follow is crucial. You must be highly organised and motivated with solid time management skills.

    We have various weekly shifts over daytime and evenings/nights including weekends with the potential for early morning finishes due to our late licence.

    We are an open-minded employer. The position can be either casual or full-time and we are happy to discuss these possibilities at interview.

    We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, skilled and experienced Recovery Case Worker to provide practical and psychosocial support to the Social Housing Tenancy (SHouT) Team clients. This position also assists the Team Leader and Case Manager to facilitate and maintain sustainable networks, partnerships and stakeholder groups within the local community to promote cooperation and collaboration in facilitating successful outcomes for the client group and the overall project.

    Some of the responsibilities are (but not limited to):-

    • To provide direct outreach, support and practical assistance to clients referred to the SHouT Team under direct guidance of the SHouT Team Leader.
    • Actively participate in adopting a culture and language of hope and optimism
    • Facilitate clients progress towards achieving recovery goals, according to recovery support plans, including but not limited to accessing relevant health and community support services, leisure and recreational activities, and medical and allied health services.
    • Participate in case conferences and interagency meetings in a collaborative and consultative manner.
    • Assist with administrative functions, including maintenance of client database and reporting requirements.
    • Must be able to work occasional evening (till 6pm) and willing to work some weekends as part of a team roster

    The position requires a commitment to the delivery of flexible, innovative, non-clinical, client focused support in a community environment and requires the successful applicant to be or have:

    • Empathetic and client focused with excellent communication skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge/experience working with diverse client groups including those with mental illness and complex needs and a demonstrated understanding of providing practical individualized support (living skills development, social linking and transport training) within strengths based recovery-oriented framework.
    • Relevant qualifications, (minimum Cert III in mental health) or working towards, and/or experience in the Human Services sector * Current police check and clean driving licence

    Sydney Allied is on the lookout for a highly motivated and passionate Physiotherapist to join a growing and dynamic team based in Balmain. Sydney Allied is a multidisciplinary Allied Health clinic that focuses on improving and maximising movement and function. We focus on delivering physiotherapy, podiatry, pilates and exercise rehab.

    The caseload is varied and interesting with a combination of sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, TMJ, Womens Health, pre/post natal care, post surgical rehabilitation, work related injuries, Aged & Chronic pain and general musculoskeletal injuries.

    New grads are also encouraged to apply.

    Essential candidate criteria:

    • Working rights in Australia with applicable registration (AHPRA) * Tertiary qualified as a Physiotherapist
    • Experience or a willingness to take training in delivering clinical Pilates and/or Womens Health (preferred but not essential)
    • At least one year experience in a similar role (New Grads are welcome to apply)
    • Great communication skills and a passion for delivering premium Patient-orientated care * Commitment to continuing professional development.
    • High levels of work ethic, self-management and organisational skills.

    We have a position available for a paralegal. You can choose to work either full-time or part-time and the hours of work can be flexible to accommodate school hours.

    The role would suit an applicant with a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a law firm who is looking to settle into a long term role in a law firm. You must be self-motivated and have a keen interest to learn and advance as a paralegal.

    Responsibilities
